TSM / ASM-Responsibility is to independently manage sales in the assigned territory. Major elements of the job are:
  • Sales and collection
  • Planning and executing promotional activities at the farmers level (BTL) like
demonstration, farmers meeting, bazzar publicity and digital marketing etc.
  • Leading the local sales team
  • Establishing managing dealer channel.
  • Market Survey and Research
Qualification And ExperienceExperience in Agri.
