Our Client is an excellent firm in the consumer goods industry is looking for an experienced UI/UX researcher, If you have good analytical skills and are interested in psychology, research and coding, then you won’t miss this opportunity. Your role includes interaction and working with a UX-specific team. You will be working on multiple projects with varying verticals and technologies.

Tasks

• Plan and execute UX research - qualitative and quantitative from discovery to validation using necessary research methods;
• Conduct UX research keeping the agenda in sync with business goals;
• Actively engage with the stakeholders to translate insights into opportunities;
• Monitor and analyze research data to analyze trends and retrieve insights to inform and optimize the overall approach;
• Collaborate with every stakeholder such as designers, product owners, project managers, content writers, developers to ensure the UX research outcome is followed throughout the program;
• Be the client facing role to add UX research value to one or multiple projects;
• Communicate and advocate UX research methodologies across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a relevant field of study (i.e. Psychology, Graphic Design, Interactive Arts, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related area.);
• Domain knowledge obtained through an academic background, certified usability training and/or equivalent sources;
• Proficiency in research planning, remote interviews, usability testing, survey, focus group and competitive analysis;
• Experience in conducting UX research in all the stages of the product life cycle;
• Ability to analyze UX research findings and convert them into actionable insights;
• Excellent communication skills.
