Expertise in job sites such as Monster, Tech fetch, LinkedIn, Pro hires, Ceipal.

  • Proficient at successful sourcing of candidates via Internet sources and online resume database.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Experience in Tax Terms - W2/ C2C/1099.
  • Experience in Visa’s – US / Green Card Holder /H1B /EAD GC / EAD OPT.
  • Assigned the tasks of negotiating offers with candidates to meet target gross margins of the organization.
  • Responsible for recruiting and maintaining good relationship with existing candidates of the organization
  • Performed recruitment tasks by applying the policies, rules and procedures of the organization.
  • Work extensively with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate
  • Proficient on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.
  • Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
  • Responsible for market research and analysis
  • Has experience working as client relationship manager for top implementation companies

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
