Role: US IT Recruiter

Experience: 4-6 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
  • Should ensure to submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each of the requisition
  • Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals


Must have:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience recruiting for positions in US
  • Must have experience working on W2 basis.
  • Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing technical queries and responsibilities till joining of candidates)
  • Ability to work as a good team player, maintaining & building the candidate database
  • Experience in "US Recruitment" in IT must
  • Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts
  • Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
  • Understanding of Tax terms & need experience working with third party vendors.
  • Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based Recruiting Tools
  • Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
  • Tax Terms - W2/C2C/1099 and Full-time (Benefits)
  • Must have good rate / salary negotiation & closing skills


Qualification:

  • 4-6 years of experience in US Staffing.
  • Should be ready to work 80% of the time on W2 recruitment only.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willing to work from office (Hyderabad)
  • Experience in using job portals like Career Builder, Dice and LinkedIn.
