**Job Description:**
As a Visa Counselor at ESS GLOBAL, you will play a crucial role in assisting students in their visa application journey, ensuring their smooth transition to international universities. Your responsibilities will include:

**1. Student Consultation:**
- Conducting one-on-one consultations with students to understand their study abroad goals and visa requirements.
- Providing expert advice on visa procedures, eligibility criteria, and document preparation.

**2. Visa Application Support:**
- Assisting students in completing visa application forms accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and verifying all required documents to ensure compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.

**3. Communication and Coordination:**
- Liaising with international universities, embassies, and consulates to stay updated on visa regulations and requirements.
- Keeping students informed about the status of their visa applications and any changes in visa policies.

**4. Compliance and Record Keeping:**
- Maintaining accurate records of student visa applications and approvals.
- Ensuring adherence to visa regulations and guidelines.

**5. Exceptional Customer Service:**
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing students’ concerns and queries promptly and professionally.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., International Relations, Education Counseling).
- Previous experience in visa counseling or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international student visa procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
