Roles and Responsibilities for Relationship Manager


  • Acquisition of new clients (Trading A/c’s, Demat A/c’s, Commodity & Currency) for Discount Broking and normal broking
  • Holding and participating in events for lead generation activities
  • Resolving Customer queries
  • Collecting leads and additional margins

Roles and Responsibilities for Dealer


  • Execute orders on behalf of customers
  • Responsible to achieve 3 times revenue of CTC
  • Providing investment advice to the clients
  • Candidates holding certificate of NISM Series 1 or NISM Series 8 are preferred
  • Responsible to ensure all the activities are in adherence as per compliance framework
