Job Profile:

Managing team of Process Associates & Ensures Service Level Agreements & KPI’s are constantly met.
Leading Continuous Quality Improvements & Initiatives for business Growth.
Enabling team members with skills to improve their Morale, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Good Communication skills both written and verbal.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
Liaison with Cross functional Teams /Dept. to draft processes /Procedures.
Identify Areas of Improvement and take necessary action.
Train new employees on company standards and procedures, from how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with clients
Optimum Leave Management to ensure Self & Team Members Work Life Balance
Knowledge Sharing - Share updates & feedbacks received from client with team.
Excellent in Drafting Operational SOP’s in line with ISO requirements.

Experience:

6+ years
Minimum 2 Years as a Team Leader or similar role.
Experience in handling International businesses & clients. Should have been in a role which involves direct client interaction both verbal & written.

Profile Requirements:

Technical skills:

Mandatory:MS Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Presentation Skills

Important:Quality Certification – TQM /
Six Sigma / Lean Management

Good to have:Exposure in Leading L&D Function.

Educational Requirements:

Mandatory:Graduate

Important:Postgraduate in Commerce, Mgt,
or other related fields

Good To Have:MBA or Diploma in People Management


Other Requirements:

Important:Backend (Non-Voice) Process Team Management
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ready to Support 24*5 Shifts & Weekends/Public Holidays as per business Need.

Important: Leading Quality Improvement Function
Handling International Clients Communication & Management.

Good To Have:Accounting Procedures
Knowledge of data validation
Other Languages (regional / international)
