Role –Business Development Manager – L5 Grade

Education And Experience

Graduation mandatory

2-3 yrs. Experience in Life Insurance sector with team handling role, Bancassurance experience will be preferred.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • To manage team of SM’s coaching and mentoring them in mobilizing life insurance business for mapped territory.
  • To achieve NOP and premium target of the unit by generating business through team of repartees.
  • Will also be instrumental executing schemes for the partners
  • Will be responsible for driving quality parameters like ECS, Low surrenders, low FLC’s etc
  • Daily/Monthly activity monitoring and MIS management for the team and channel
  • The employee will be on payroll of Kotak Life but will seat in the premises of Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Professional Strengths

  • Strong communication skills (English and regional language)
  • Stability – At least 2-3 years working with a same organization
