Job DescriptionResponsibilities :
  • Designing, configuring, and customizing CRM Dynamics modules to meet the specific needs of services, claims, and customer support teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that streamline services, claims, and customer support processes.
  • Implementing best practices and industry standards in CRM Dynamics to optimize system performance and ensure data integrity.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to CRM Dynamics configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues and ensuring smooth system operation.
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate users on CRM Dynamics functionalities and best practices.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest CRM Dynamics updates, releases, and trends, and recommending system enhancements to improve business efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CRM Dynamics, specifically in the areas of services, claims, and customer support.
  • Strong understanding of CRM Dynamics architecture, modules, and customization capabilities.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing CRM Dynamics entities, workflows, forms, views, and reports.
  • Experience with CRM Dynamics integration with other systems and third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of services, claims, and customer support processes, and ability to translate business requirements into CRM Dynamics solutions.
  • Familiarity with data migration and data cleansing processes in CRM Dynamics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications in CRM Dynamics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate) will be an added advantage.
