Role : Lead Content Developer - JEE & NEET

Experience : 4+ years

- Must be expertised either in Mathematics, Biology or Chemistry

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :

- Building and mentoring a team of content associates, which involves following up and giving feedback to ensure tasks are of expected quality and on time,

- Brainstorming and researching to generate new product ideas, driving collaboration with designers and engineers to get products ready to ship,

- Researching and identifying learning strategies for students of all backgrounds and cognitive abilities.

- Designing questions, adaptive assessments and personalized lesson plans,

- Writing, reviewing and visualising intuitive and engaging scripts for videos, books, and games.
