Job requirements
  • Candidate with Minimum of 10+ years’ experience. Good Telecom and Network testing and optimization tools knowledge Experience in telecom network testing and troubleshooting - Experience in TEMS product is preferred. Familiarity with Telecom Standards Capable of understanding the 3GPP, ITU, ETSI, MEF, ONF, and TMF documentation Deep knowledge in cloud and microservices technologies Work with team to guide them on technical solution and resolve technical issues that the team may have Exposure to agile methodology and working in SCRUM or pair programming mode Adoption of best practices, coding standards and development practices to improve the quality of the deliverables. Liaison across teams to ensure bottlenecks/impediments are resolved Proactively managing the risks/issues and ensuring a seamless engineering process Conversant and proficient in using Atlassian suite or equivalent Ability to collaborate with remote and globally distributed teams Strong communications skills and team players.
