We are searching for an engaged Telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and
possible clients.

JOB BRIEF:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating leads for our company. You will be responsible for generating leads and creating requirement for customers over the phone and maintain good customer relationships.

As effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior
communication skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about a product or service
using scripts.
 Answering questions about products or the company.
 Asking questions to understand customer requirement and close sales.
 Enter and update customer information in the database.
 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
REQUIREMENTS:
 Experience: 0 – 1 years
 Education: HSC and above
 Location: Khopoli and nearby areas (who can travel by shift timing ).
 Should have excellent communication Skills
 Convincing power.
 Fluent in Hindi and Marathi good if he/she is fluent in English.
 Should be able to work with a team.
 Basic knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
 Both males and females candidates are allowed
