The Lead - Talent Acquisition will be primarily responsible for acquiring the right talent for NDI in line with NDI Talent strategies to meet our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Headcount budgeting based on the annual business plans and organisational talent requirements.
  • Work closely with Business Teams to understand talent needs.
  • Designing recruiting strategies/policies/plans and implementing the same
  • Identifying, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting and on boarding talent.
  • Building proactive and effective candidate pipeline to ensure a sustainable talent pool to achieve recruitment numbers and organization goals.
  • Market mapping of talent for critical positions.
  • Lead and enable HR Projects aligned with NDI Talent Strategies.
  • Employer Branding initiatives

Technical Competencies:
  • Good People acumen
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently on multiple activities, priorities and adapt to changing conditions
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethics, able to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity.

Experience & Expertise:
  • MBA/ PGDM (Full Time) in Human Resources
  • 10+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
