Job Role:

  • Resolution of Recovery Portfolio – Personal Loan – Unsecured/Secured
  • Chalking out the various possible strategies of recoveries of NPA accounts,
  • Appointment of Collection agencies, Skip tracing agencies, Agency performance monitoring
  • Mentoring Collection Agents / DRAs.
  • Exploring the various legal alternatives available and assisting.
  • Consistently and effectively follow up and negotiating with the customers.
  • Laisoning with Lawyers, Economics Offence authorities, police and other statutory authorities.
  • Attendance in court on regular basis handling legal cases.
  • Facilitating effective liquidation of collateral assets of securities of the borrower.
  • Preparing the MIS for daily receivables and reporting the same to HO office
  • P&L of the Branch
  • Litigation cases, arbitration, Sec.138 cases, Against cases of company, Fraud cases, Drafting contracts & corporate compliance. Currently handling SARFAESI Cases, Drafting & Vetting of Loan documents, Legal notices, NPA recovery & Auction cases

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Collection – Recoveries and Write off portfolio
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Banks / NBFCs
  • Agency Management expertise
  • DRA Management expertise
  • Knowledge of Legal Collection tools.
  • Knowledge of Local legal procedure.
  • Drive for Results
  • Effective communication skill
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks
  • Having good contacts in local Police authorities and local corporates
  • Team player, Passionate, energetic , fast learner & a game changer
  • Ready to accept challenges & innovative thinker.
  • Good computer skills.
