  • Acquiring quality clients for Broking & Third Party Products through networking, data base, market Intelligence, references from existing clients and assigned leads from the organization.
  • Generating Cross Sell revenue through sale of third party products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, NCDs etc.
  • Inducting new clients to the Dealing Desk for smooth interaction and services.
  • Liaising with Dealing Desk for revenue generation and query resolution.
  • Ensuring compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines.
  • Ensuring that the defined productivity targets on business and service parameters are met consistently.
  • Ability to process several inputs provided by research team and other sources and communicate to the clients depending upon their requirement

SKILL SETS

- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the Stock Broking Industry.

- Understanding and good knowledge of the equities and other financial products.

- Good communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills.

- Passionate about sales and marketing with a positive attitude


QUALIFICATION

- Minimum Graduate (Post Graduate would be preferred with specialization in Sales & Marketing)
