* B-tech in Mechanical Engineering

* Minimum 10 years of experience of Machine shop handling

* Should have worked as Machine shop supervisor/Manager.

* Knowledge of SPM/Roll forming/Rolling mill/Press machine/capital equipment/heavy machine
manufacturing process.

* Good knowledge of CNC/VMC Programming and controlling

* Ability to analysis the real root cause of any problem coming in the line.

* Versatile adaptability to new processes.

* Ability to machine shop rejection analysis and take countermeasures to reduce it.

* Ability to handle manpower and utilise their skills
