/Profile Description

Prepare Daily / weekly / Monthly maintenance check sheet for all machines

Prepare schedule / preventive / Predictive maintenance schedule

List of machine manual

Maintenance activity plan as per schedule record

Attempt daily break down / record in hrs / close break down work order

Reduction in break down hours due to machine break down

History card to be prepare for all machines , all break down activities should enter in history card

List of spares to be prepare as per past experience and machine supplier index

Spare Parts plan / order well in advance

monitoring No break down hours due to shortage of spares

MIS documents for maintenance

monitor daily GEB / Water meter reading

New machine - process set up / trial / trial run report

New machine- process handover activities to production with authentic documents.

IATF:16949 Implementation, audit and approval and thereafter adherence to the standard

Daily, Weekly and monthly reports to the management

Qualification

Bachelor in Engineering

Experience

Minimum 6-8 years experience in automotive batch manufacturing unit.

We are looking at candidates from auto ancillary industry only
