2 YEARS Industries Chemical Responsibilities Ensure all machine breakdowns are maintained in SAP and entered in the log book Follow up with vendors to ensure AMC visits and services are done as per planned schedule Plan and ensure regular preventive maintenance of machines and maintain checklist Maintenance of machines and fixing breakdowns Follow up with vendors for installation of new machines Plan and co-ordinate with production engineer to resolve breakdowns of machines as per priority Modify machines as per suggestions by director and to ensure maximum productivity of the machine Update machine history card for up to date information of machine breakdowns and maintenance Creation of indent for spare parts required and Maintain record of monthly water consumption and electricity reading Creation of challans for machine breakdowns and co-ordination with security and vendors Follow up with vendors for tank and weighing scale calibrations in case of any variations Required Skills Logical thinking. Organizing. Good in communication. Required Qualification
