6.)Roles and Responsibilities:- 1.)Representing the management during certification and surveillance audits Promoting awareness of customer requirements Preparing and revising the QMS documents (namely Quality Manual, Quality system procedures and other documentations). 2.)Ensuring the compliance of all the functions as per the ISO 9001:2000 standard.

3.)Preparing Management Review Meeting Schedule and conducting Management Review Meetings Preparing Audit schedules, Conducting Internal Audits , preparing audit reports, Writing Nonconformity reports.

4.)Communicating to the Top Management on Quality issues / Non-conformities & Audit reports Measuring & Monitoring the process performance. Initiate necessary corrective and preventive action.

5.)Creating ISO/Quality awareness for the associates by internal trainings.

6.)Review of Quality policy periodically Time to time review of all the functions, to check the
effective implementation of Quality Management system.

Desired Candidate Profile :- 1.) Knowledge of all types of audit .

2.)Should have quality to act as customer interface i.e. good communication skills and healthy attitude for improvement communication and relationship

3.)Strong knowledge of IATF requirements

4.)Broad knowledge of springs & wire operation and its QMS

5.)Project management and organizational skills

6.)Candidate Should be Internal Auditor (IATF : 16949)

7.)Should have done MACE VSA Audit
