Designation-Management Trainee

Salary-

Internship period-25k per month for 3 months, followed by confirmation based on performance

CTC-4.2 LPA on confirmation

Eligibility-MBA(HR)

Batch- 2020/2021

Aggregate percentage of 75% and above

Selection Process-

1st Round-Telephonic Interview

2nd Round-HR Interview.

Job Responsibilities

Create a learning experience for learners by designing and developing engaging industry-relevant content using Company’s Method.
Take complete ownership of designing and developing learning experiences for various programs (workshops, full-length degree programs, internships, corporate training, etc.) in one or more domains.
Define objectives and outcomes at various levels - program, course, and learning intervention level and map each objective and outcome defined to various learning interventions
Work with Subject Matter Experts from industry/academia for creating/curating content which includes session plan, learning material, projects, case studies, quizzes, assignments, tests, presentation slides, work sheets, instructor guide etc.
Deliver training in one or more areas.
Maintain forms and document for program and content management
Plan and conduct train the trainer workshops and support the delivery team by providing inputs on the content design and delivery.
Work with internal stakeholders such as the delivery team and incorporate feedback in content to improve learning experience.
