• Mandatory Requirement- Retired Officer from Armed Forces having similar experience in Manufacturing Industry.
• Designation- Manager

Key Area Key Responsibilities:

• ADMINISTRATION- Dissemination of information and orders to internal & external audience, Attendance Mgt, Prepare budget for transport, Fire & Safety, Horticulture & Sanitation, Timely payments of contracts, Timely allocation and supervision of Annual Management Contracts (AMC), Ensure proper maintained of guest houses, bachelor hostel, storage facilities, production hall, fire vulnerable areas, residential complexes & club.
• SECURITY - Spearhead all the security related matters (personnel & assets), Preparation of security report, Device a framework for planning & conduct of security drills, vigilance activities, fire safely & audits compliance, Ensure Visitor Mgt System (VSM), Ensure proper implementation of SOPs. · Ensure proper control over contract labour, Security store mgt.
• TRANSPORTATION · Supervision of transport as per SOP in vogue.Ensures proper requisitioning, approval and efficient utilization of vehicles.Ensure timely service / maintenance of each vehicle. · Ensure vehicles are serviced at authorized workshops. · Carry out surprise visit to workshops. · Vehicle Bills are properly checked and sent to accounts department duly signed by authorized signatory. · Ensure proper record of expenditures is kept for each vehicle & expenditure return is timely submitted. · Efficient driver management, deployment and record keeping. · Device measures to avoid fuel pilferages. · Ensure proper record of veh mileage & breakdowns.
• SANITATION/HOUSE KEEPING · Deployment of sanitation staff as per area allotted/ work. · Procurement of sanitation store, their utilization & control, Supervise garbage mgt. · Surprised round in canteens, washrooms, guest houses & residential complexes. · Ensure timely conduct of monthly audit of washrooms & canteens.
• HORTICULTURE · To ensure for watering to the lawn, Hedge and plants. · Ensure timely tree trimming on site. · Custodian for detainment of gardener on daily basis in the unit.
• LIAISON · With local police department. · With DC/ ADC/ SDM/ RTO office. · Municipal Corporation. Communication department. · Local Fire station. · Correspondence with govt. officials/ offices.
• CCTV MGT· Ensure proper monitoring of CCTV camera & footage report of any incidents / abnormalities, Ensure all CCTV Cameras in serviceable condition with the help of electrical dept, Reporting of faulty cameras.
• MESS-MANAGERS/OFFICERS · Ensure proper maintenance, hygiene and sanitation. · Maintain crockery and cutlery & monthly physical muster report. · Procurement of all types of eatables used for mess.
• GRIEVANCE MGT· Device a framework for grievance management.Streamline the escalation matrix. Swift, transparent and timely disposal of received complaints.
