Roles and Responsibilities

  • To Study of Contract Documents & Scope of Works.
  • To Prepare Master Project Schedules (L-1 to L-4), Various Report Formats, etc.
  • To Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports and S- Curve
  • To Monitor & Track of Project progress through modern Project Management methodologies (Primavera/ MS Project) & Critical Path Analysis
  • To Identify potential resource bottlenecks & requirements, contingencies and highlight accordingly
  • To prepare Look Ahead Schedules & Catch-up plans
  • Planning, Costing, budgeting, Optimization of resources (Manpower & Equipment)
  • To assist Client Billing Team by providing inputs of Progress Status, Anticipated Delays, Critical Activities etc. for invoicing & claims purpose
  • To working in close coordination with client, sub-contractors & Head Office
  • To estimate delay linked with changes and claims & prepare the extension of Time Analysis, in case of delays due to client
  • To prepare Project Budget & Cash-flow statements. Prepare Cost Analysis for various execution activities.
  • Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ) from drawings & raising Material Requirement
  • Equipment Utilization Report generation & Certification of Equipment Bills
  • To coordinate Project Review Meetings and document project status & issues
  • To prepare Project Status report presentations for Top Management & Clients
  • Document Control & Management as per ISO-9001 QMS standards
  • To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
  • To prepare MIS report on monthly basis.
