Reporting To: Director – Technology & Projects

Requirement and Skills:

• Education Qualification: Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Environmental Sciences
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 03 – 05 years
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of biogas, bio-methanation technologies
• Expertise in commissioning and operations of biogas, bio-methanation plants
• Experience in project management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leading the biogas projects at the organisation level
• Ensuring timely construction, installation, testing and commissioning of the biogas projects
• Developing standard operating procedures for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the biogas projects
• Reporting to the top management about the progress of the biogas projects
• Preparation and tracking the various budget heads for the biogas projects
• Managing the operations and maintenance team for the biogas projects
• Liaison with the client during the entire duration of the project for smooth execution of the project
• Steering the training and development of the operations and maintenance team
