  • Deploy Channel Management Strategies:
    • Define distribution goals and plan to manage distribution operations to achieve the business objectives.
    • Consolidate the channel partners/ appoint the right channel partners to drive growth in priority segment
    • Identify the right CP’s with required infrastructure to support sales and service initiatives
  • Develop the skillset:
    • Conduct trainings to CP team members as needed.
    • Provide right tools and knowledge to support product portfolios
  • Performance Management:
    • Monitor CP performances and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Compliance:
    • Strict adherence to company policies and procedures through regular audits and feedback from internal associates and clients.
  • L&D:
    • Work with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Inventory and Secondary Sales Management:
    • Assist in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies in distribution center.
    • Monitor secondary sales through Beckman software and/or checking the physical records to ensure no revenue leakage.
