Roles and Responsibilities
As a BDEs/BDMs for sales team your main responsibility will be to drive the business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy in areas of Corporate Training Sales, Affiliate management and institutional sales.
BDE/BDM duties and responsibilities
- Find prospects and leads. (Affiliate, Institutional and Corporates)
- Engage Affiliates for admissions
- Learn details about our products and services.
- Explain how our solutions align with their requirements.
- Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant.
- Follow up with good prospects.
- Consult with seniors and marketing team to ensure the efficiency.
- Track and monitor your work, by maintaining weekly reports and sharing the same with you respective managers.
- Prepare and present reports when needed.
- Attend sales educational events and seminars.
- Report to management team
Desired Candidate Profile
- The candidate should be from the education / Ed Tech Sector.
- This job will involve travelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
