Building business competitiveness through timely and quality staffing of Human Resources andhaving talent pipeline in place (both On-roll as well as off-roll) for Plant respective zone
Training Development and Capability building of the employees including Talent Management Succession Planning for Plant respective zone
On time reporting of instances of deviations of company policies, values ethics
Maintain harmonious employee relationship and effective communication with all constituencies
Effective implementation of Company policies across all locations including implementation ofOrganization wide initiatives
Drive employment engagement initiatives brighter living for Plant respective zone
Inculcate performance leadership culture in the locations
Hazard free operation (zero accident)
Effective Statutory Compliance management local liasoning
Handle employee quarries grievances their redressal
Documentation of IMS (Integrated Management System)
Time office management and payroll processing
Effective administration at the Sales Marketing Office | Factory locations including Canteen,Security, Transportation, Medical Facility, Infrastructure, etc.
Participate and contribute as plant managing committee Member
Effective Time Office Management
Effective implementation of Company policies includes CSR etc
