  • Perform stakeholder analysis, identify training needs, develop learning calendar and work with the central L&D team to bridge the gaps
  • Responsible for Employee & Contract Labour Learning and Development Activities (Onboarding and Induction, Skill Based and Personality Development Trainings).
  • Responsible for facing regulatory audits with related to Training & Development.
  • Develop and deliver learning courses as per business requirement.
  • Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization, in consultation with Departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems.
  • Identify, select and manage external training firms, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.
  • Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
  • Overall responsible for Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, Various Welfare & ESI activities and deployment of Change Management Initiatives
  • Coordinate in identifying training needs at site and facilitate a highly skilled/knowledgeable workforce.
  • Review Training related SOPs as and when required.
  • Monthly reporting of training man days completed.
  • Prepare and communicate Training Calendar in line with the needs identified and the overall training objectives.
  • Responsible for Site Induction of Internal & External stake holders (Employees & Corporate Employees).
  • Responsible for welfare activities as a Welfare Officer of Digwal Site.
