To lead and manage multiple Batch Job Production support team. To manage and exceed BU expectations in terms of Service delivery. Work with Application/systems Analyst on production issues/outages i.e Incidents in Data center. To define and drive Annual goals for the production support and Transmission team.

Work with Application/systems Analyst on production issues/outages in Datacenter. Perform advanced research in order to resolve production related incidents Attend late night calls and Should manage the team SLAs on critical issues and take complete ownership. To transition Services to India and bring it to BAU.For BAU services drive Value add.
