We are looking at applicants from Gujrat / Maharashtra

Requisite:
Law graduate from a premier institute (preferably National Law Universities). Prior exposure to Real Estate will be preferred.
Candidates with non-litigation profiles are required only.
Experience: 8 to 10 years.
Proficient in drafting of MOUs, Term Sheets, Agreements, Commercial Contracts, Agreement to Sell, Conveyance Deeds, Notices, Security Documents and other transaction documents.
Hands on with creation of a legal document / templates in line with the requirement laid down by the Management.
Ability to review and comment on the title due diligence.
Must have a clear understanding of the commercials that are generally part of any real estate transaction.
Knowledge of Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 read along with its rules, Indian Contract Act etc.
Knowledge of Gujarat Revenue laws will be an added advantage. Proficiency in English is a must and ability to read and write Gujarati will be preferred.
