JOB LOCATION: KOLLUR SITE (hr@arhomes.in)

As MEP site engineer would be responsible for all construction activities at the project site (Preferably in Residential and Villa Projects). Can able to interpret drawings and specifications independently.

Managing the End-End operations and execution of the MEP (Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting) installations.Single Point of Contact for the Client. Shall own of the Project from Budget to Billing & Collection. Experience on Residential/Villa and Commercial projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

Preparation of Drawings, Estimates, Calculations, etc for covered and not covered items (MEP) for running properties.

Prepare technical documentation for structural and MEP works.

Preparing Queries/ Clarifications getting cleared from consultant.

Preparing the bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per the drawing.

Comparison of BOQ with Technical specifications.

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering execution works
MEP Engineer has to identify problems in the execution, planning, managing, and delivering of multiple projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preparation of detailed specifications for selected items.

Preparation of RA Bills & certification.

Reconciliation of materials & Certification of RA bills of contractors to the management for every month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,975.09 - ₹70,000.00 per month
