The incumbent will be responsible for the entire HR functions at Plant environment like Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, HR Analysis / HR Operations, Performance Management, OD initiatives , L&D programmes etc.

Required Candidate profile

MBA HR from reputed institute with at least 12 to 15 years of experience in hard core HR functions in Plant/ Factory environment .
Location : Must be open to relocate in Haldia (West Bengal)
