Production as per time and quantity targets

RM Planning, Inventory control and timely dispatches of product

Operation of the plant in accordance with the standard operating procedures.

Trouble shooting of process problems.

To identify and analyse the gaps & to take corrective actions to meet Budget norms

Continuous improvement & cost control

Reduce customer complaints

Ensuring EHS compliance in process operation

People training and development

Implementation of 5S, TQM and IMS

Team building

B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 10-14 years in managing Continuous Process plant
