Ensuring cGMP compliance and maintain the department to manufactured quality products.

Ensure skilled manpower for the execution of respective function with proper training.

Responsible to prepare the SOP s and its effective implementation within department for the execution of respective activity

Ensuring production at the shop- floor level according to Master Formula and planning to meet monthly targets.

Applying control to prevent non- conformities.

Housekeeping and cleanliness, and adherence to personal hygiene requirements of working personnel.

Responsible for the execution of preventive maintenance schedule as per schedule frequency.

Responsible for effective implementation of QMS within department.

Responsible for CAPA implementation and timely response of market complaints with complete investigation.

Control and review of rejections at each stage, achievement of capacity output & cost control.

Optimum manpower utilization and planning.

Responsible for the effective utilization of operational machine s with minimum breakdown.
