Responsible for overall technology transfer of (R&D to Site & Site to Site) as per schedule and CGMP.
Project coordination for site transfer and R &D transfer with different department like PDG, Supply Chain, Production, QC, CQA, RA, Marketing, Sourcing & Supplies, Legal, Contract manufacturer or third party and Plant etc.
Sound knowledge in technical support to regulatory for filing of new products and variation filing to different countries.
To work with F&D dept. During development batches and demo batches for process design and tech transfer to manufacturing site.
Responsible for Risk and capability assessment at the start and after each stage of technology transfer completion.
Management of project and budgets and deadline to ensure implementation of supply /technical strategy.
Assessment for RM requirements and provide purchase requisitions request for project execution.
To handle the project like Re-formulation, Process improvement & troubleshooting projects.
To Execute projects to improve process efficiency, cycle time ,cost and overall quality.
Responsible for maintaining the GMP status of the plant by adhering to all GDP and GLP guideline.
Sound Knowledge of SAP ,Track wise system ,LMS,DCM,BPR printing module & ERP.
Audit Support:-Maintain their work for all time readiness and to provide the necessary support in any CGMP inspection or audit.
