Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Horizon (an in-house system) & Optic (an in-house performance monitoring dashboard) Portfolio Management: Leading the reporting and the maintenance of Up-to-Date Global Drug Development (GDD) Data & Digital (D&D) plans in Horizon and Optic systems (Project management systems). Tracking and being able to explain the key performance metrics to monitor and improve the overall planning accuracy of projects part of the GDD D&D portfolio
  • Project maintenance support: Coordinating with project teams the maintenance of project plans (Timelines, $ and Headcount) creating transparency on total project cost (OPEX, CAPEX, and headcount). Monthly review of actuals and consecutive updates of project plans in Horizon including project cost and planning. Support teams with systems and process related issues though a collaboration with Horizon and Optic Center Of Excellence
  • Business Analysis & Decision support: Develop operational excellence for project management maintenance. Support financial reviews and help monitor planning, resourcing and financial targets. Drive and support the preparation of annual budgets and thereby support appropriate resource allocation
  • Driving discussions and working closely with international stakeholders in order to achieve business goals
  • Provide management with accurate, relevant business analysis to support monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests, and ensure timely and accurate information gathering
  • Perform analysis to evaluate risks or opportunities; make recommendations to mitigate these risks
  • Manage and provide financial analysis and decision making support for a investment/project in a domain
  • Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured, and drive early warning for re-direction of resources with Business Partners

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Self-starter, past experience in managing teams
  • Excellent communication skills, eye for details, accuracy oriented
  • Able to collaborate across teams and advise team members to prioritize various deliverables
  • Masters in Business Administration or equivalent degree from top Indian / International Business Schools with 4+ years of work experience
Or Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of post qualification experience
  • Able to be BPA in terms of business partnering, planning, challenging and reporting.
  • Gather insights from Business Leads on a monthly basis in order to project high quality comments on Monthly Business Review decks
  • Experience of interacting / operating with senior leadership and with an ability to influence decision making
  • Strong Initiative skills to effectively work remotely and autonomously.
