Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Job Description -
    Drafting, vetting, negotiating and standardizing lease, leave and license agreements,
    commercial agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, and all agreements pertaining to the
    Company;
    Researching and opining on any legal/ compliance matter pertaining to the Company
    including general corporate matters, changes in the regulatory regime or laws applicable to
    the Company;
    Collaborate and liaise with clients and internal departments;
    Ensuring implementation of commercial contracts and in-house compliance;
    Understand business priorities and products / solutions and be solution oriented in business
    discussions;
    Develop strong working partnerships with other key stakeholders across the business (e.g.,
    business teams, finance, marketing and HR).
    Expectations:
    LLB with excellent credentials;
    Minimum 5-6 years of exposure as an in-house lawyer in any industry (managing contracts
    reviews and negotiations);
    Experience in drafting, negotiating, vetting and advising on commercial contracts;
    Proficient in legal drafting with attention to detail. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and
    PowerPoint;
    Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) skills. High proficiency in English
    (written and verbal);
    A self-starter with excellent business discernment, legal acumen and ability to work both
    cross-functionally and independently;
    The candidate should exercise sound and practical judgement while maintaining highest
    ethical standards at all times; and
    Strategic legal thinking and capable of arriving at practical legal solutions.
