Job Brief

We are looking to onboard a key person in the Provider Network Management Team who can bring in hustle and problem-solving attitude to help build Plunes into a formidable company. Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a robust network of healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with providers to ensure favourable terms, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously assess market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for expanding and enhancing the provider network.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of provider contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor contract performance and address any issues or concerns with providers to maintain positive relationships.
  • Coordinate the credentialing process for new providers, ensuring they meet regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum graduate or any equivalent degree. MBA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Bengali (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Proven experience healthcare provider network management or related roles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and reimbursement methodologies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and persistent approach.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
