Allocation of stock to EBOs and MBOs.

  • Monitor the stock requirements of the stores and provide the right stock at the right place at the right time.
  • Regular analysis of sales, stock and sell-throughs.
  • Placing orders for production. Deciding on timelines and keep a track of styles and schedules.
  • Coordinating with production, planning, warehouse and all the regional teams.
  • Work closely with in-house ecommerce team to order and plan for online sales.
  • Coordinate with sales teams and production on corporate or bulk orders.
  • Work with the National Head on marketing activities with malls and tie ups, offers and promotions, EOSS discounts.
