Job Purpose

To do risk evaluation, understand and execute all network changes validations of Network dumps, configuration & test calling artefacts for all projects and existing system & process changes. Ensure that the changes in the network element are as per business requirements with no impact to revenue, customer experience and regulatory implications. Perform regular analysis of the usage and revenue, to identify anomalies that need intervention and highlight appropriately.

Areas/Accountabilities

  • To understand the proposed changes in Network element and processes and perform risk evaluation for impact on revenues, customer experience and regulatory compliances.
  • Make necessary recommendations for changes, reports and process changes to mitigate any risk identified.
  • Plan the RA validation approach and design the test scenarios that will be required.
  • Explain the RA test scenarios and get the testing executed by Network/IT team.
  • Perform validation of the configuration changes and test scenarios and release go / no go decisions for the change implementation within the agreed TAT.
  • Support and recommend solutions while doing trouble shooting related to the changes.
  • Build and maintain a strong partnership and communication with cross functional teams for seamless implementation.
  • Ensure compliance to RA processes for change management.
  • Post implementation monitoring of system performance, usage and revenue trend for the changes.
  • Prepare dashboards with detailed information & analysis
  • Develop automated reports and dashboards
  • Provide inputs & recommendations

Core Competencies,

Knowledge, Experience

  • 2 years of experience in Telecom
  • 2 years hands-on experience of running SQL queries and working on huge database for report preparation
  • Analytical skills & eye for detail
  • Good System knowledge (preferably billing systems and database)
  • Inter personal skills and good communication
  • Team player


Must have technical / professional qualifications

Graduate (B.Com/ Engineer / IT and should have working knowledge of Big Data or Tableau
