Summary of Key Responsibilities

People Management

Span of 50 plus FTEs, that includes 2 Senior Sales Managers & 4 Sales Team Leaders
Ability to set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing individual & team performance expectations and goals, monitoring Sales, and holding the team accountable for meeting and exceeding performance targets
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Eben policies and procedures; additional responsibilities include interviewing, training, and motivating employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; and effective conflict resolution

Sales Operations Management

Manage all contractual & Client specific Sales targets
Participate in business leadership meetings & work to build and maintain Client trust
Develop & drive Sales strategies and programs which improve the competitive position and profitability of the Organization
Achieve process sales performance goals and objectives
Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent Communication & Sales skills
BPO- in house sales experience is mandatory
Strong mentoring, coaching & people management skills
Demonstrate ability to be a strong team player, focused on delivering results with high standards
Graduate with minimum 5 years of Sales experience & 3 years of Supervisory experience
