Roles and Responsibilities

Understand our well-defined Digital Marketing processes Monitor performance metrics and takes corrective action Ensure team adherence to deliver required results. Contributing to decisions regarding team requirements and deliverable situations. Motivating the team and managing team performances to appropriate thresholds. Audit and performance management for the team. Primary responsibility is driving Team Performance. Engaging team in delivering daily, weekly & monthly work targets. Scheduling team meetings to update team members on a regular basis regarding all Process Updates and Technical Issues in conjunction with Leadership. Working in close tandem with SEOS and Digital Marketing associates assigned to the teams for an excellent team and process performance Generation, maintenance, analysis & presentation of daily / weekly / monthly reports designed for Weekly Performance review report. Handling Escalations and resolve escalations. Setting up targets for individual performers based on the same and keeps a close watch on all metrics. Analyze Strengths and weaknesses for Team members and develop Action Plans.
