Key Objective / Purpose of Job:
  • Part of Professional Service team for Amazon Connect Contact center platform for TCL, Objective is to provide custom solution & to enhance the features in platform by customization.

Major Activities:
  • Custom Solution Design, RFP, Contact Flow Development, CTI integration Amazon Connect, Chat Bot development, Salesforce/SNOW API integration to read and upload data, Analysis/feasibility study & preparing scope of work.

Essential Qualifications:

BE / B. Tech (Computer Science or Telecommunication) / MCA.

Requisite Skills:
  • Skill: Java/j2ee, SQL-Server, Open CTI, Salesforce integration, Service now integration & custom CRM integrations, CCP customization, Strong Understanding of Contact Center Solution, sound understanding of Web services (SOAP & REST), Call Centre solution experience, XML, CRM & payment gateway applications knowledge.

Technical
  • Lambda , Amazon Lex ,S3, EBS, EC2, Security Groups, VPC, ElastiCache, Redshift, RDS, Elastic, Kinesis Data, CloudWatch, IAM Java/j2ee, node.js, Python, Dynamo DB, SQL-Server, CTI Development, Understanding of Web services (SOAP & REST), XML/VXML/CXML, CRM applications (Salesforce, Service now & etc.), payment gateway integration knowledge.
Functional
Strong Understanding of IVR and CTI application in Amazon Connect Contact Centre Solutions, Customer Management,
