Designation: Manager

Solenoid design Role & Responsibility: knowledge of Electromagnetic field. Knowledge and selection of material for both magnetic and non-magnetic / Plastic parts etc Knowledge of Coil winding Knowledge of types of Solenoid and applications Testing and manufacturing process of Solenoids. Experience in preparing specification, verification validation plans, prototyping, functional tests, Root Cause Analysis. Collaborate with Mechanical, firmware, test lab, purchase, suppliers etc. Knowledge on Indian & international standards for Electronics Products, EMC, Safety, Reliability and J- Mag Knowledge on DFMEA, DFM, DFA, DFT quality assurance tools Must have Strong documentation, writing, presentation and communication skills Should have idea on Full product design life cycle Working exposure in Automotive system domain and industrial applications. Materials selections and validations related to electro mechanical actuator and component design. Hands on exposure on electromechanical actuator performance verification and validation.
