Qualification-BE/ B.Tech(Full time)

Note-Candidates should have experience into Assembly line/Machining Process

Job Role:

  • Develop methods, tooling and techniques to continuously reduce the time and effort
  • Involved in setting-up, changing over and operations of manufacturing equipment.
  • Modify manufacturing processes for safety improvement, quality improvement, cost
  • Reduction, or design changes.
  • Updates and maintains toolings and equipment drawings for production and
  • Equipment, including layouts.
  • Develop engineering solutions for repetitive equipment/process failures.

  • Manage outside contractors involved in process/equipment improvement.
  • Work closely with all levels of the organization to improve upon, troubleshoot, and
  • maintain manufacturing machinery and process improvements.
  • New product feasibility study and define input to output requirements with associated risks.
  • Process designing, Tool and Gauge designing with development at supplier end.

  • Capacity Demand study and plan for capacity improvements by OEE improvements.
  • Process validation and capability plans based on machine and process conditions.
  • Implementation of PY based on customer and internal concerns which will support in PPM reduction.
  • Standard work calculation and database for ME design.
  • Industry 4.0 implementation with digitalization of manual process.
  • Support in Budget and 5year plan readiness
