Marketing, CRM & Channel Partner Manager: (3 - 5 yrs. Exp)
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal communication skills.)
Superior product knowledge, Should be a team player with leadership skills.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Brand & Business Development.
Digital and Print Media Management (Electronic & Outdoor also)
Coordination with Sales & Tele calling team for weekly updates on leads and converting cold leads to prospective leads for conversions.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Should know your competition and strategizing accordingly.
Client Relations.
Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently in coordination with Site Team.
Handing over process.
Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
Prepare and Maintain Interior work Invoices.
Maintain Channel Partner Registry and relations.
Monitor Sales and Operational Results Based on Key Performance Indicators set by the Management.
Represent Company at Industry Trade Shows.
Maintain Marketing Material & All creative Source files & Print Files
