Duties and Responsibilities:

LOCATIONS : JAYANAGAR , WHITEFIELD , MYSORE

Business Development/ Public Relations

Developing a strategic planning framework for the provision of eye care services in a manner which meets the defined needs and priorities of the population

Facilitating the delivery of high quality eye care services to the community.

Promoting a positive image for the hospital through liaison with the various media outlets, community groups, other organisations and members of the public on matters pertaining to the management and activities of the hospital.

Demonstrates leadership and facilitation of the strategic support and planning function for Nethradhama through Strategic/program plans, business planning, and market research.

Conducts an environmental assessment market analysis of national, state and local trends.

An emphasis in market research including skills in design as well as analytical, report writing and presentation skills.

Plan, develop and implement strategic design of marketing initiatives in assigned areas such as, but not limited to direct sales, promotional events, publications, publicity, marketing research, recruitment and advertising campaigns; research issues, solicit input from appropriate sources, conduct strategic analyses, and propose and implement solutions.

Plan and coordinate the preparation of various publications such as catalogs, seasonal and special brochures, flyers and posters; develop and maintain lists for the distribution of various materials; develop policies and procedures for defining and tracking established and potential markets

Develop and maintain professional contacts and affiliations with the local and national news media to promote the dissemination of news and publicity related to assigned areas, develop and write news releases as appropriate.

Maintain liaison with national and international sales representatives, business representatives and other individuals as necessary to accomplish marketing objectives, negotiate terms and agreements as appropriate to cultivate established and potential markets.

Recommends appropriate policies regarding policies, promotion, product and market evaluations and marketing plans.

Coordinate efforts to consultants, clinical leadership, managers, administrator to accomplish marketing goals and objectives.

Conduct interviews, write news releases, articles, and feature stories for hospital.Package and present the proposal to the sponsoring agency. Organize presentations to sponsors describing specific proposal and/or ensure that the sponsor receives the complete integrated proposal in a timely manner.

Participate in negotiations as part of a team interacting with sponsor agreements after obtaining inputs and approvals as appropriate.

Make and implement recommendations on Business Development strategy and initiate new working practices for developing the project plan, roles and responsibilities and scope of work with input from sponsors and project leaders

Provide leadership in regard to forecasting potential projects with sponsors when the sponsors are responsible with respect to scope, timing and revenues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
