  • Creating relationship with Builders and Architects in the region.
  • Identifying the opportunity for Building Material Supply in ongoing/upcoming construction projects.
  • Spotting the scope for Building Material Supply opportunities by meeting the project heads/project managers/builders/architects or equivalent.
  • Generating leads / prospects from possible marketing methods.
  • Converting the leads into prospective business and ensuring successful deal closings
  • Maintaining seamless relationship in each department /offices from time to time and strengthen the long-term relationships.
  • Reporting Everyday about Prospects and Closings.

  • Excellent communication skills with convincing capabilities.

  • Sales focus and business centric approach

Eligibility Criteria :

Any under or post graduation.


Experience : 5 to 10 Years.
