Process Manager Location - Aurangabad ( Maharashtra)

Support in Developing New sources of raw materials through Plant trial and take up with Suppliers to improve quality of existing raw materials
Drive all in plant processes (processes, operations, systems) towards high quality, lower waste, improved uniformity of Compounds
.Manage trouble free introduction of new compounds and processing from planning stage to final production release.
Maintain integrity of all formulas in Compounds as per GY corporate book sheet and GMS
Responsible to establish and monitor the quality of all materials produced in Components preparation area
To Lead and organize for waste reduction (Friction and milling)
Responsible to establish Cure cycle of Tire through Thermocouple study and optimize the Cure cycle to maximize the Production output
Responsible to initiate Cost reduction and Technology Savings program.
Responsible to enhance Mixing Efficiency and uniformity of compounds.
Responsible to ensure In-process compound and fabric testing and release as per GY corporate GMS / QAI
