Role Overview: As a Full-Time Mathematics Faculty member at CB Classes, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of our students. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging mathematics lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students. Your passion for mathematics and commitment to educational excellence will inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with the curriculum objectives.
• Deliver high-quality mathematics instruction to students at various levels, from foundational to advanced.
• Employ effective teaching methodologies, including interactive lectures, group discussions, and hands-on activities, to enhance student understanding and engagement.
• Assess student learning through regular quizzes, assignments, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and academic excellence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary approaches to teaching and learning.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in mathematics education and incorporate innovative teaching strategies into your instructional practices.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mathematics or higher.
• Previous teaching experience in mathematics at the secondary or higher secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics concepts and proficiency in teaching algebra, geometry, calculus, and other relevant topics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
• Dedication to fostering a supportive learning environment and promoting academic success for all students.
