Job Description

Lead a team of several Site ME managers within India, and execute Site Industrial Plans and Footprint related activities to enable sites to accommodate growth and achieve Operational Excellence.

Align capital requests to global allocation process and drive Production Excellence through Industrial & Process related Standards deployment in his/her sites. Support regional review of quoted Capex & manufacturing costs from sites and support related improvement plans coming from NBA process.

Support manufacturing data consistency projects on every site. Support sites to grow ME talents and the continued training of local ME teams. Lead a team comprising several Site ME Managers in India.

Support regional ME lead in the execution of Regional Manufacturing Strategy. Lead the development and execution of India site Industrial plans in order to accommodate growth and/or improve operational performance while ensuring manufacturing capacity is in line with demand and with India Manufacturing Strategy. Pre-review and align site Capex proposals with Regional & Global strategy.

Support regional review of quoted Capex & manufacturing costs from sites and support related improvement plans coming from NBA process. Lead site CIMS projects which are part of yearly Budget.

Lead the execution of the sites MvB projects. Ensure compliance with Production Excellence business processes, tools and standards within India. Deploy best practice processes and ensure standardization.

Facilitate audit and compliance checks. Execute the action plan to make site core processes compliant to GKN standards, within agreed Regional/Global priorities and resources constraints.

Support manufacturing data consistency projects on every site.

Responsible for Programme Management procedures execution from C0 to C6 stages corresponding to local ME teams in India.

Support sites to grow ME talents and the continued training of local ME teams
